For my sanity, if not for the body.

Feeling too stale.. too bland.. too devoid of emotion and interest these last few weeks.

Need to get out on the road and feel the air again…

Need to feel the pain in legs, a sore ass and the cold wind on face … to feel the beauty of the ride…
